Sources are public knowledge and in most cases are Free to the Patient.
GTH's Patient Advocate Program service is only meant to assist patient's with easy access for medication (drug
look up) in current Patient Assistance Programs, Co-Payment Assistance Programs and Private funding Sources.
GTH's Patient Advocate Program provides additional support for the patient via assisting the patient, navigating the patient through Pharmaceutical companies current Prescription Assistance Programs, Co-Payment Assistance Plan's and Private Funding Sources. GTH Patient Advocate Program will assist the patient in pre-filling applications, supporting documentation and asssiting the patient with medication refill reminders for Prescription Assistance Programs, Co-Payment Assistance Programs and Private Funding Sources. In addition, GTH's Patient Advocate Program will assist the patient to help the patient understand the current eligibility requirements of said, aforementioned Pharmaceutical Companies Prescription Assistance Programs, Co-Payment Assistance Programs and Private Funding Sources.
GTH does charge a one time registration fee and a monthly recurring fee for our Patient Advocate Program and Affiliate Programs above stated patient services
